MEET THE OWNERS

RCB Construction is a true family business, built on generations of craftsmanship, hard work, and integrity. Co-owners Christian and Dylan represent two generations of builders who take pride in delivering exceptional quality and lasting value to every project.

Christian began his career working alongside his father and three brothers, learning the trade from the ground up. In 1990, he co-founded RCB with one of his brothers, setting out to create a company focused on custom craftsmanship and strong client relationships. Over the years, RCB has become a trusted name throughout the Southern NH/ME.

Today, Christian is proud to partner with his son Dylan, who brings energy and hands-on leadership to every project. Dylan leads a tight-knit crew of long-time employees, including his brother Jeremy. He also has two young sons who already love being part of the action. Whether they’re riding along in the equipment or helping clean up the job sites, his boys are learning early what it means to take pride in a hard day's work.

With a deep respect for the family legacy and a tireless work ethic, Dylan and the team are committed to quality, reliability, and strong relationships. RCB specializes in custom home builds, lakefront properties, remodels, additions, kitchens, and bathrooms—bringing each client’s vision to life with precision and care.
