If you already have architectural plans, we’ll move straight into the bidding process. If not, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted architectural partners to help bring your ideas to life.
Proposal Process
BID & INITIAL ESTIMATE
Once designs are in hand, we’ll prepare a detailed bid and provide an initial cost estimate tailored to your scope and preferences.
REVISIONS & ADJUSTMENTS
Need to make changes? No problem. We’ll collaborate with you to fine-tune the project based on your budget, timeline, and priorities.
CONTRACT & TIMELINE
When everything aligns, we’ll send over a contract for review and signature, then finalize a schedule that works for you.
